This little angel is busy hanging stars in the Christmas sky. A kind fellow Etsy fan named Kathy recently let me know that this is a pattern by Carolyn DeAngelis. I checked her fan blogspot, and Carolyn created so many adorable patterns! This one is called "Star".
This hand made felt angel wears a festive red dress trimmed with lace and accented with a tiny stitched on button. At her neck is a satiny whir bow. Her facial details are stitched on with colored thread, including her blue eyes. Gold metallic thread forms the halo and hanging string. The star she holds is made of cream colored felt and accented with a shiny metallic star and tiny amber bead.
4" tall x 4.75" wide, .75" deep.
