This is a super cute thick felted type garland or swag. It is 6 feet long and has 4 sets of 2 black cats and jack o lanterns. There is no damage. They hand from a braided cord and have loops on the end to hang from. The garland has nice and thick padded type cut outs with stitching surrounding each design.
