Green bird dish, depression glass candy dish - bon bon dish, made by Diamond Glass Ware Co. of Indiana, Pennsylvania. This dish is beautifully made with 2 flying birds on the sides, you can see their wings and tails on the dish. The bottom of the dish and the upper part of the birds is clear green glass, the rest of the glass is textured. Recently purchased at a collector's estate sale. This vintage depression glass dish measures 7" from bird to bird, 8" across the center, and 4" high.
It is in good vintage condition, no chips or cracks, just one tiny almost invisible surface scratch on the inside, but this could have been part of the manufacturing process.
