Description:
This lace gown with matching jacket is from the early 1930s. The gown is sleeveless and cut on the bias. It has a small collar and buttons at the throat. The jacket is waist length and has 4 decorative buttons. The closures are snaps behind the buttons. The belt is fabric with a self covered with a covered rectangular buckle. The hem of the gown flares out.

CONDITION:
Fair to poor. It is not in the best condition but I think it still have some life left in it.
The fabric has yellowed along the top of the jacket and shoulders of the dress. There are numerous breaks in the lace of the jacket across the shoulders, a tinge of underarm discoloration. the lace of the dress looks to be in good shape but I may still have missed a break or two in the fabric.
