Very Nifty ~ Sheet Metal Welcome sign. Fancy Scroll design. Painted white (by me) and rusted over the years. This is a pretty solid built sign - not thin and flimsy. Hand weld cut out. Looks pretty on a gate in the garden or Ranch entrance, etc. From Shabby Cottage to a Lake House this should be a wonderful addition to your decor!

The condition is Excellent /Great- has areas of rust, bend/damage at bottom as seen, not perfectly flat but pretty close, not super noticeable but must be mentioned for accuracy.
