Pretty: vintage crochet blouse pattern: Laura Wheeler 978 mail order pattern. For sizes 12-14 and 16-18, but no bust size is given anywhere (I'd guess bust 34 to 38?).
Vintage condition: comes in mailing envelope, which is discolored; crochet instructions are also yellowed/discolored.
