This is a great perpetual calendar that can be changed using the slide at the bottom of the calendar. It was an advertisement piece for Paramount Memorials in Northfield, VT. There is also a working thermometer at the top.
The calendar is made of Bakelite and a type of metal and measures 5 ¼” x 3 5/8”. The back shows a five-year calendar starting in 1949. The slide works well and smoothly to change the months of the year.
The two bottom corners on the back are slightly chipped but cannot be seen from the front. Also there is a support on the back that is missing.
This is a great working piece.
